GD Machinery is a recognized name in the UK for machine tool sourcing and supply, led by Directors with over 50 years of international trade experience.

Our History
In 1995, GD Machinery began its mission to supply new and used machine tools. We initially operated from Cross Turner Street, adjacent to Sheffield Train Station, quickly gaining a reputation for delivering top-quality machinery, with a focus on medium and large machine tools. Today, we operate from two expansive warehouses covering 25,000 square feet, equipped with 20-ton overhead cranes and 7-ton Fork Trucks, uniquely positioning us to handle various machine types.
Christopher Gribben, our Managing Director, and his son David Gribben, our Operations Director, lead our day-to-day operations with over 50 years of combined experience in the machine tool industry. Both are esteemed members of the EAMTM, upholding trustworthiness in the dealer community. David has also chaired the British Branch for the last three years. Our comprehensive services encompass machine tool purchasing and sales, heavy-duty storage, machinery valuations, site clearance, and more.
